Construction :

Pellets of resins are fed into an extruder
Pellets of resins heats extruder until they reach at molten mass
Mass is then forced through a die as a molten sheet
Molten sheet is fed to calendar rolls
Spacing determines the thickness of the sheet and in some cases the surface finish
Continuous band of sheet may then be cut or trimmed into its final size
